Number 3: Jordan Super.Fly 6
I’ll say it first – the only reason this comes in at number 3 is the fact that we know nothing about it. Otherwise, it could grab our number 1 spot.
The Super.Fly 6 is easily the best looking shoe in the line. Everything from the waves on the red outsole to the over-sized Jumpman logo on the ankle make this shoe scream 1990’s. This is not a shoe that belongs in this generation. And honestly? I’m very happy about that. The Super.Fly 5 was the biggest dud of the line, and coming up with a design like this is a great way for Jordan Brand to ensure that we all forget about it.
Everything from the color scheme to the giant “BG” winged logo on the interior earn an A+ from me. Honestly, this shoe boggles me. It’s one of the best designs the brand has come up with in years, and if it retains the typical $140 price tag of the Super.Fly line, it could make for a steal.
The performance of the shoe is the only question. We have no idea what kind of tech has been utilized in this model, or if this is even the final design. All we really know is that Blake rocked some serious eye candy on his feet in the first round.
Here are a few more images, just to get a better idea of the beauty that is the Super.Fly 6:
The appearance of this shoe alone was enough to vault it to our #3 spot. If it turns out to be a beastly performer, it could end up topping the charts.
