The buzzer beater could have been defended better

We all sat in silence as the shot shown above bounced high off the rim and eventually through the net. Doc Rivers had Jamal Crawford rather than Luc Mbah a Moute in for scoring purposes, this turned out to be a mistake when it was time for the Jazz to take the last shot. Joe Johnson bullied Jamal Crawford down to the basket and threw the ball up, DeAndre Jordan was late on the block attempt, and the ball bounced in. Game over. Jamal Crawford has never been known for outstanding, or even “good” defense. Had Luc been defending Johnson, this game could have gone to overtime.

We hope to see many improvements come game two of this series on Tuesday. Remember Clips, “It takes everything”.
