Last night, the LA Clippers took on the Suns in Phoenix. Blake Griffin’s play making and the overall focus from the entire squad drove the team to a 124-114 victory.  Now we examine five specific Clippers takeaways from the game

1) Blake Griffin is back in a major way.

Blake Griffin had possibly his best performance of the season in this game as he led the Clippers. He played every second of the first quarter and didn’t miss a beat, going 5/5 for 13 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists. He remained locked in for the rest of the game finishing with stat line of 29 points on 10 of 14 shooting, 8 rebounds, 5 assists, 1 steal and 1 block. His play making ability shined throughout and the way that he orchestrated the offense for 34 minutes played the biggest factor in this win. The minutes restriction on Griffin is now lifted and he is definitely back and ready.
