It’s the day of the 2016 NBA Draft and the rumors and trade talks are heating up, so here’s a look at a few of the teams who are most likely to trade in the first round, either for a new pick or a star player.

The 2016 NBA Draft is here at last, finally ending the waiting of so many fans who have desperate to see what their team will do. The Philadelphia 76ers are taking Ben Simmons No. 1 overall, right? Who will the Boston Celtics trade their No. 3 pick for? Can the Los Angeles Clippers trade up into the teens? There are plenty of questions that will all be answered soon, and we’ve already seen trades happening, most recently with Derrick Rose heading to New York and the Brooklyn Nets sending Thaddeus Young to Indiana.

So many possibilities are out there, and after Simmons and Brandon Ingram are selected as the first two picks in this draft, the rest of the lottery is far less clear.

Whether the Celtics take Kris Dunn, Dragan Bender, Jamal Murray or possibly even Jaylen Brown at No. 3, we can’t know who will be gone first and what impact that will have on the rest of the lottery. If they trade the pick, stars may be on the move and the lottery will be shaken up again with new teams selecting.

And that’s just the start.

To say there are plenty of possibilities tonight is an understatement, at least as the speculation rises.

Let’s get straight to it with a final look at a few of the NBA teams who are most likely going to be trading this Thursday night.
