Social justice figure and legendary boxer Muhammad Ali died this weekend, which sent the sports world into a somber mood.

The Los Angeles Clippers players posted on social media in his honor. Some shared quotes and others shared pictures. Ali’s impact on the Clippers should not come as a surprise considering he impacted the entire sports world and American society.

Cole Aldrich shared a wall tribute that already hung in his home.

The above photos show Ali as one of the greatest and prettiest boxers ever.

Of course, the Clippers’ biggest star probably shared the best photo. Chris Paul posted a picture of himself with Ali at an All-Star game.

Wise words shared in the above Instagram post from two of the greatest of all-time.

Added, three-time Sixth Man of The Year Jamal Crawford probably shared the most insightful post on Ali as a boxer and figure for change.

No one could say it better than Crawford did as he shared the picture above of Ali at a dinner counter. Crawford’s tweet summed up Ali as an athlete and public figure.

Some other notable Clippers alumni shared posts of Ali.

Willie Green and Shaun Livingston remember him with the same quote.

Clippers great and current Wake Forest coach Danny Manning shared his thoughts.
